Saratoga Springs, NY real estate office McNeary Realty recently joined the Saratoga County Return The Favor Program which offers veterans special offers and deals in Saratoga County. Our offer is a Home Listing Commission of 4% (regularly 5%-7%).
Within days of participating in the program, a couple listed their home for sale in Galway through our office. We’ve worked with them over the past couple weeks to get their house prepared to list, including taking pictures for a virtual tour, freshening it up for open houses and preparing them for the transition from homeowner to seller.
